Reporting a problem
These details help us find the problem fast:
- your iPhone model and iOS version;
- the app version, from Settings, About;
- what happened, and the date, time and time zone;
- the steps that led to it, and whether it happens again;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if you can;
- for a bad AI comment: its exact words, the look you used and the audience language.
Please don’t send your saved videos unless we ask. We never need your password or Apple ID.
Deleting your data
- Open the app. It starts on the Go Live camera.
- Tap the gear, then Settings.
- Tap Delete all data and confirm.
This removes your device record from our server and everything the app keeps on your iPhone, then starts the app fresh. Videos you saved to Photos stay there; delete them in Photos. Delete your data before you delete the app: deleting the app alone clears your iPhone but leaves the device record on our server until 12 months after the app last connected. That record has no name or content. If you already deleted the app, email us and we’ll help.
Withdrawing AI consent
- On the Go Live camera, tap the gear, then Settings.
- Tap AI data sharing, then Withdraw consent.
The app then sends nothing to AI providers, and you can’t go live until you agree again. Your past lives stay on your iPhone.
To stop only camera pictures, turn off Camera reactions in the Camera sheet, before or during a live.
Questions
Is anyone watching me?
No. Nothing is broadcast, and no real person sees or hears you. Every viewer, comment, follow and gift is made by AI or by the app.
Is the money real?
No. Donations and gifts are part of the simulation. Dollar amounts have no value and can never be withdrawn, cashed out or exchanged.
Why does it need the microphone?
So your chat can react to what you say. Your speech is turned into text on your iPhone. While you are live, only that text is sent to write the chat, and our server keeps none of it.
The app also asks for speech recognition, which Apple requires before speech can be turned into text.
Why does it need the camera?
To show you on stage and record your live. The video stays on your iPhone unless you save or share it. Pictures go to AI only if you turn on Camera reactions, which is for adults and off until you allow it.
How do I delete my data?
On the Go Live camera, tap the gear, then Settings, then Delete all data. See Deleting your data for what it removes.
Why don’t I see Camera reactions or Dares?
If you are 13 to 17, the app runs in teen mode, which leaves them out and keeps your chat stricter. See the Privacy Policy.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, but the chat switches to built-in comments that don’t react to your words. The AI chat returns when you’re back online.
