Terms of Use

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Bevelstone LLC (“we”, “us”) about using Pocket Hypeman (“the app”). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

The short version

Who can use the app

You must be 13 or older to use Pocket Hypeman. If you are 13 to 17, the app runs in teen mode with stricter rules, and where the law requires a parent’s consent, a parent or guardian must give it before you use the app. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you.

Everything is simulated

AI makes mistakes

AI-written comments can be wrong, odd or off topic. Don’t rely on them as advice of any kind. We filter what the AI writes, but no filter catches everything. If you see something harmful, tell us at support@pockethypeman.com.

Saved videos and honest use

Videos you save show an audience made by AI. Each one carries a small Pocket Hypeman mark and a tag in the file that says the audience is AI-simulated. Don’t remove, crop out or hide either one.

Sharing a video for fun is fine. You may not use a saved video, a screenshot, or the viewer counts, followers, comments or donations in it:

US law also forbids this. The Federal Trade Commission’s Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465, section 465.8) makes it unlawful to buy, sell or obtain fake indicators of social media influence, such as followers, views, likes or comments that don’t come from real people, that misrepresent someone’s influence for a commercial purpose.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the app to:

You are responsible for what you say and show, and for anyone who appears on your camera. We may limit or block a device that breaks these terms.

Your content

You own your videos and what you say in them. We claim no ownership. You let us process what is needed to run the app, as the Privacy Policy explains, such as sending the text of what you say to an AI provider to write your chat. You may use the AI-written comments that appear in your own videos, within these terms.

Our app

We own the app, its name, its five looks, its designs and its code. You may use them only inside the app, as these terms allow.

Apple’s license terms

The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it. If the two conflict about the license to use the app, Apple’s agreement wins. Apple is not responsible for the app or for supporting it.

Purchases

The app is free and has no purchases today. If we add in-app purchases, they will go through Apple only, under Apple’s terms.

Privacy and AI consent

Our Privacy Policy explains what the app sends and to whom. You must agree to AI data sharing before you go live. You can withdraw in Settings, AI data sharing, and you can’t go live again until you agree again.

Changes and ending

We may change, pause or stop the app or any feature. If we change these terms, we update the date at the top; if a change is important, we will tell you in the app. You can stop using the app at any time and delete your data in Settings.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always work, be error-free, or that the AI will write anything in particular.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Bevelstone LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or reputation, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.

If you use the app against these terms, for example by passing off a saved video as a real audience, you are responsible for the claims that result.

Some places don’t allow these limits. Where they don’t, they apply only as far as the law allows, and you keep any rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Oklahoma. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory laws and may bring a claim in your local courts.
